HOW TO ACCESS
YOUR APARTMENT
WITH SCLAK KEYS

Have you already checked in online? The access keys will be sent to you only after you have checked in.

Watch the video to see the simple steps to follow.

Once you have checked in online, you will receive an email with instructions on how to obtain the keys to your apartment.

In the email you will find two links, click the first to download the Urmet Sclak application.

Once you have downloaded the application, do not open it but return to the message you received and click the second link to activate your keys.

The application will open automatically and you will be asked to create an account. After activating it, you will find the keys ready for use.

You will have a total of three keys: the key to the main door, the key to the Boutique Hotel gate and the key to the door of your apartment.

Remember that for the keys to work you have to turn on Bluetooth and be near the door.

To open it, just click the Sclak icon in the center of the screen.
